We are the Sisters of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, a contemplative and active religious congregation that was founded in Florence, Italy 1854. The work of the congregation includes:
v Education of children, youth and young adults
v Assistance to the sick in hospitals and to the elderly in long term care facilities
v Mission work in the developing countries
v Pastoral work
The Fund raising Committee is organizing its’ Annual Fundraiser, this year a Dinner/Silent Auction, will be held on Friday October 28, 2011. Your help is needed to make this event a big success by donating various items that can be offered as door prizes and for the Silent Auction. Your generosity will make this event another overwhelming success. Please remember that as always, all proceeds from this night will go directly to the poor and those less fortunate.
